Frequently asked questions
Everything candidates, clients, and hiring teams ask about working with Keystone AI.
For Candidates
Interview Process
Before the interview
Choose a quiet, well-lit space and make sure your camera, microphone, and internet connection are working before you begin. You do not need any special materials — just give yourself enough time to answer thoughtfully.
The interview is a single attempt, so there is no way to redo it or add to it. If something genuinely went wrong, reply to the email containing your interview link and your recruiter can help.
Your interview is conducted by an AI interviewer, using the same structured questions every candidate for the role receives. Your responses are then reviewed by the hiring team as part of your full application — no automated decision is made about you.
Questions are tailored to the role and focus on your relevant experience, skills, and approach to the work. There's nothing special to prepare beyond reviewing the job description.
During the interview
No. Length is not what is being assessed — the interviewer wraps up once it has covered the ground it needs to, and that often happens well before the time limit.
If something stops you from completing your interview — a dropped connection, audio or video issue — reply to the email containing your interview link and your recruiter can help you resolve it.
After the interview
Once you've completed the interview, our team will review your responses alongside your application. If you're shortlisted, we'll contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.
If you're not selected this time, your profile stays part of our talent network, and you may be considered for future roles that are a better fit.
Yes. Your information may be kept on file, in line with our Privacy Policy, so our team can consider you for other opportunities that match your background.
The recruiters and hiring team considering you for this role. It is not published anywhere and is not shared with other clients without your permission.
No score or result is shown to you here. Your interview goes to the hiring team alongside the rest of your application, and they consider it as a whole.
