Our client is a well-known multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking Product Manager in the hospital channel in HCMC, this role supports the brand strategic and commercial goals by driving product rollout planning, sales training, forecasting, and key marketing initiatives. It builds strong market and KOL relationships, conducts market research, and ensures compliance with regulatory and tender requirements.
Job Description:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans to hit sales, market share, and margin targets.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle strategy, including launch readiness and commercial positioning.
Monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intel to optimize brand strategy and ROI.
Direct annual brand budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to drive growth initiatives.
Design high-impact promotional tools, detailing frameworks, and objection-handling guidance.
Conduct field coaching and deliver training programs to elevate commercial team performance.
Track campaign effectiveness and refine messaging based on customer feedback.
Establish and sustain strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
Oversee planning for advisory boards, symposia, and educational events.
Conduct regular field visits to capture actionable market insights.
Ensure all commercial and medical activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
Support safety reporting and drug information protocols in compliance with industry mandates.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Minimum 3 years of experience at product manager level within ETC products.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
