As APAC Product Manager, you will help shape and execute the product strategy for the region, balancing global brand direction with local customer and market needs. You will manage product planning, portfolio development, launches, and ongoing performance across APAC markets.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with regional and global stakeholders, gathering market and consumer insights, supporting product localization, preparing product presentations and go-to-market materials, and monitoring sales and product performance. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales, merchandising, operations, and external partners to ensure successful execution.

Experience in product management, product marketing, merchandising, or a related role within consumer goods, retail, outdoor, fashion, travel, or lifestyle products.

Ability to translate customer and market insights into commercially relevant product recommendations.
Experience coordinating projects across multiple countries, functions, or stakeholder groups.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
Commercial awareness and the ability to monitor product performance, identify opportunities, and support data-informed decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional environment.
Professional fluency in English; Japanese-language capability is required for effective collaboration in the Tokyo-based role.
