Role overview:
The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support reliable software delivery. The role focuses on container orchestration, infrastructure automation, platform monitoring, incident response, and security governance across cloud environments.
Key responsibilities:
CI/CD Engineering Design, build, and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
Container Orchestration Manage and scale Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
Infrastructure Automation Automate cloud resource provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to maintain consistent environments and support disaster recovery.
Reliability & Incident Management Monitor platform health and performance, respond to infrastructure incidents, and maintain high availability.
Observability Maintain and improve logging, alerting, and metrics systems to provide visibility into platform performance.
Security & Governance Implement and enforce security protocols, IAM policies, and access controls across cloud environments.
Senior-level experience in Linux systems administration.
Hands-on experience designing and managing Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure at scale.
Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation and complex deployments.
Professional experience with a major cloud provider, including experience with cloud infrastructure and resource management.
Strong knowledge of Linux internals, kernel-level concepts, performance tuning, VPCs, DNS, load balancing, and networking fundamentals.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with global engineering teams.
