As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders across designated regions, helping them build strong teams and an effective, inclusive workplace. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to support employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development.
This role requires a hands-on, data-driven HR professional who can coach leaders, identify root causes of people challenges, and co-develop practical solutions. You will help strengthen manager capability in talent management, support organizational talent review processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve retention, productivity, and the overall employee experience. You will also collaborate with COEs and TA partners on workforce actions, talent selection, and training programs. 8+ years of HR, talent management, or related experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance, and workforce planning
Ability to use data to inform decisions and influence leaders
Proven coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working across teams and time zones
Oracle HCM experience is highly preferred
