They are looking for an experienced strategic communications professional to lead media and public engagement initiatives while cultivating long-term relationships across its programme communities and stakeholder network.
Develop and drive the organisation's strategic communications strategy, shaping compelling narratives that strengthen brand visibility, thought leadership, and public awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance the organisation's profile through strategic storytelling and engagement.
Lead the planning and delivery of public-facing campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives that connect meaningfully with communities and reinforce the organisation's mission.
Develop and grow a long-term engagement framework for programme participants, advocates, and supporters, creating opportunities for continued involvement through volunteering, mentoring, speaking engagements, and ambassador initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver integrated communications campaigns, while managing budgets, defining KPIs, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in strategic communications, journalism, media relations, or corporate communications.
Strong media network with proven experience developing communication strategies
Experience engaging stakeholders and building long-term relationships across communities, partners, or programme networks.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
