Domain Lead – Peripheral Systems & Integration

Role Purpose

Lead business delivery for the Peripheral Systems & Integration domain, coordinating business requirements, interface contracts, and end-to-end data flows across satellite applications, third-party platforms, and the new core engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Ownership: Own delivery for peripheral system integrations including Document Management/ECM, Customer Communication Management (CCM), Mobile Apps, Portals, Data Warehouses, and CRM tools.

• Interface & Journey Consistency: Ensure peripheral systems reliably feed and receive data from the core PAS to maintain seamless end-to-end customer and advisor journeys.

• Vendor & External Partner Management: Coordinate integrations with external vendors (e.g., payment gateways, medical checkup clinics, print vendors, messaging platforms).

• Testing & Readiness: Lead end-to-end Integration Testing (E2E IT), business interface testing, and fallback operational procedures.

Preferred Industry/Domain Experience

• Strong background in Life Insurance Ecosystem Architecture, System Integration, CRM, and Digital Channels.

• Familiarity with API-first architectures, middleware (ESB/Kafka), enterprise content management, and outbound customer communication engines.

Success Measures

• Flawless end-to-end data flow between Core PAS and peripheral systems.

• Zero critical interface defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Uninterrupted operations for external vendor integrations (payment, printing, messaging).

Qualifications & Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

·         At least 12 years of business analysis, project delivery or domain-lead experience in complex transformation programmes.

·         Fluent communicator in English and Chinese
