As part of its ambitious US growth strategy, the company is investing heavily in expanding its offline retail footprint and is seeking an experienced Overseas Key Account (KA) Channel Sales Manager to lead the development of strategic retail partnerships across the United States.

Develop and expand strategic partnerships with leading US retailers, including Costco, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Sam's Club, and other major national accounts.
Build long-term relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, and key decision-makers to secure new product listings and successfully drive brand expansion from zero to one.
Manage and grow existing key accounts by developing Joint Business Plans (JBP), annual sales strategies, assortment planning, promotional calendars, and category reviews.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through effective management of sell-in, sell-out, inventory health, demand forecasting, and retail performance.
Develop and implement the company's US retail channel strategy, including brand positioning, retail readiness, localized packaging, pricing strategy, and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance.
Monitor key retail performance metrics including sales velocity, sell-through, inventory turnover, out-of-stock rates, returns, and profitability, implementing corrective actions where required.
Partner closely with Marketing to execute retail campaigns, in-store merchandising, end-cap placements, product demonstrations, retail media initiatives, and promotional activities.
Conduct ongoing analysis of the US consumer electronics and home appliance market, competitor activities, retail pricing, and emerging channel opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and execution of major retail initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B retail sales focused on the US market.
Strong experience working with self-owned consumer brands rather than private label or trading businesses.
Proven success developing and managing relationships with major US retail chains, including experience in account development, commercial negotiations, product listing, and ongoing account management.
Experience within consumer electronics, small domestic appliances, kitchen appliances, or related product categories.
Experience with refrigeration products, ice makers, or other home appliances is highly desirable.
Strong commercial negotiation, analytical, and business planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated success in opening new national retail accounts and securing first-time product listings.
Strong hunting capability with experience in buyer mapping, broker management, retail exhibitions, and channel development.
Proven ability to grow existing accounts through Joint Business Planning (JBP), category management, promotional planning, and annual business reviews.
Deep understanding of US retail economics, including margin management, inventory turns, sell-through analysis, return rates, and retail profitability.
Strong knowledge of offline retail marketing, merchandising, in-store execution, and retail media programs.
Highly data-driven with the ability to translate retail performance metrics into actionable business strategies.
Existing relationships with Buyers and Category Managers at major US retailers.
Experience working or living in the United States, with the ability to travel extensively.
Experience conducting nationwide retail store visits, shelf audits, and competitive benchmarking.
Previous experience with leading consumer electronics or home appliance brands such as Anker, SharkNinja, Midea, Haier, Tineco, Dreame, Roborock, ECOVACS, TCL, Hisense, or similar high-growth consumer brands.
