As an AI Product Manager, you’ll have the scope to shape solutions from early discovery through deployment and ongoing improvement. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, with the flexibility to test new approaches and contribute to shared tools and knowledge. The position is based in Japan and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
As AI Product Manager, you’ll lead the planning, design, development, and continuous improvement of internal applications and business support solutions using generative AI, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and related technologies. You’ll work with business teams to clarify needs, assess potential returns, and select appropriate technologies.
Your work will span the full product lifecycle: shaping concepts, running proofs of concept, designing architectures for production, supporting implementation and quality, and improving solutions in operation. You’ll also help drive adoption, measure outcomes, and use those findings to guide future enhancements. Alongside product delivery, you’ll contribute to shared development foundations, make effective use of AI development tools, and share knowledge across teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who can turn emerging AI capabilities into useful, dependable products.
