The Head of HR will take full ownership of the HR function for a major manufacturing plant in Samut Prakan. This is a hands-on, business-facing leadership role responsible for aligning people strategy with operational priorities and serving as a trusted advisor to site leadership.
Key responsibilities include leading workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding; identifying organizational needs and mobilizing resources; and strengthening employee engagement and morale through regular floor presence. The role will also lead HR aspects of digital transformation and change initiatives, develop talent pipelines and succession plans, and coach HR managers. In addition, the Head of HR will oversee union relations, collective labor agreements, industrial relations, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in management.
Experience leading HR in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally with union exposure.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, compensation and benefits, and modern HR operating models.
Fluency in English and Thai.
