As an Associate Director, you will serve as a strategic bridge between Japanese clients and offshore delivery teams in India. This client-facing role combines business analysis, program management, account management, and business development responsibilities.
You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, lead workshops, translate requirements into actionable specifications, and ensure effective implementation. You will also oversee delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting while coordinating teams across Japan and India.
As a trusted advisor, you will identify new business and account expansion opportunities, support proposals and solution discussions, and contribute to contract negotiations and client presentations. Success in this role requires strong consultative judgment, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive both delivery quality and commercial growth. The position is permanent and remote, based in Tokyo.
