As an M&A Vice President, you will play a central role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Based in Tokyo, you will work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from business development and strategic analysis through execution and closing.
Key responsibilities will include leading financial analysis and valuation, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, managing transaction processes, coordinating due diligence, and developing clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will supervise and mentor junior team members while serving as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and transaction counterparties.
