As a member of the M&A team, you will support the evaluation and execution of investment and strategic transaction opportunities in Japan and internationally. The role will involve conducting market and company research, building and reviewing financial analyses, assessing business performance and growth potential, and preparing materials for internal decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment through due diligence, negotiation, and execution. This position offers broad exposure to businesses, industries, and senior stakeholders, while providing the opportunity to contribute directly to high-value transactions.
