about 2 hoursOur client, a leading Chinese Hotpot brand that has reached over 300 stores at its peak growth stage, is entering the Vietnamese market. The company is building its market-entry and expansion team in Vietnam and is looking for an experienced operations leader to join this growth phase.
Role overview:
Reporting to the Board of Directors / Brand Representative in Vietnam, this role is responsible for the operations of a cluster of restaurants (multi-unit management). The role's main purpose is to ensure consistent, brand-standard operations across outlets while supporting the brand's market-building and expansion strategy in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:
Multi-Unit Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of a cluster of restaurants and ensure they run smoothly and consistently with brand standards.
Financial Performance Manage key business metrics, including revenue, profit, operating costs and P&L reporting, for the restaurant cluster.
Process Optimization Build, monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience across outlets.
Team Development Recruit, train and develop the team of Restaurant Managers/Store Managers within the cluster.
Performance Management Evaluate the performance of each outlet and propose solutions to improve revenue and control costs.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Expansion Coordinate with departments such as Marketing, HR and Supply Chain to ensure consistent operations, and contribute to the brand's market development and expansion strategy in Vietnam.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally with exposure to large restaurant chains or F&B systems; experience managing 3 or more outlets is preferred.
Working knowledge of Chinese cuisine/hotpot, or experience with F&B chains operating internationally, is preferred.
Ability to read and analyze P&L reports and control operating costs.
Strong skills in managing, training and developing teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work under high pressure in a multi-unit operating environment.
