About the job:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing the company's digital transformation strategy to support business growth. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, work closely with stakeholders to develop and improve IT solutions, support the selection and implementation of new IT systems and services, and promote the adoption of innovative technologies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Strategy & Implementation
• Develop and implement the company's digital transformation strategy to support business development and growth.
• Lead the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives through detailed planning and management of development, testing, and go-live phases.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and optimize business processes to support business objectives.
Change Management & User Adoption
• Communicate internally about digital transformation initiatives, including strategy, importance, and expected changes.
• Prepare training materials to support change management activities and promote user adoption and acceptance of changes.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and adoption of new digital solutions.
IT Solutions & Agile Delivery
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement IT solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Continuously improve existing IT solutions to better support business requirements.
• Support the procurement, selection, and implementation of new IT systems and related IT services.
Technology Innovation
• Conduct research and promote the application of appropriate innovative technologies, including web development, mobile applications, AI, and other relevant technologies, to support business objectives.
• Proactively identify and propose potential best practices for company processes to maintain a strong level of digitalization.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, ERP Implementation, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including change impact assessment, stakeholder communication, user adoption, training, and transition planning.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise management systems.
• Knowledge of IT governance, information security, and data governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI, IoT, or workflow automation is an advantage.
