This specialist resort developer creates high-end residential properties in Japan, including ski, beach and lake-house projects. It currently develops around 50 villas each year and has plans to continue expanding. Its clients are primarily international, with a focus on buyers from Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Australia.
The business offers the opportunity to contribute to distinctive residential projects in a growing development pipeline. You will work in an internationally oriented setting, helping connect client needs with architectural and project delivery work. For someone interested in luxury residential development, this is a chance to build experience across resort projects and develop a career alongside a strengthening in-house team.
As Assistant Project Manager, you will support the coordination of high-end residential and resort development projects in Japan. Working with international clients and the in-house architect, you will help keep client requirements and design work aligned as projects progress. [Suggestion: You may also support the tracking of project milestones and the coordination of information between project stakeholders.]
The role is suited to someone with a genuine interest in architecture and design who is keen to grow within luxury residential development. Previous project management experience is not essential: relevant experience in architecture, design or construction can provide a strong foundation. You will join a business expanding its in-house capability and contribute to projects for an international client base.
