As an Account Supervisor or Associate Account Director, you will manage client relationships and lead account activities across creative production, strategic proposals and activation projects for major domestic and international clients.
You will understand client needs, identify relevant market and industry developments, and prepare and present strategic recommendations. Working closely with creative, planning and production teams, you will oversee project quality, schedules and delivery, while coordinating with external partners where required.
The role also involves attending internal and external meetings, preparing project materials, managing potential risks and resolving issues during project execution. This is a hybrid position, with four days in the office and the option to work remotely one day per week. Flexible working hours are available without core hours.
At least five years’ account management experience within an advertising agency.
Broad experience across integrated advertising campaigns, ideally including television commercials, digital and out-of-home media.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
Experience preparing strategic proposals, presentations and project documentation.
Ability to oversee quality, schedules, delivery and potential project risks.
Business-advanced Japanese proficiency, including written and spoken communication.
English proficiency sufficient for business emails, document preparation and reading; candidates with beginner business-level speaking ability may be considered.
