The Company:
Our client is a well-established foreign-owned company with a strong footprint across Asia and long-term operations in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and track major infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and building projects from the early planning and design stages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, investors, major contractors, developers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Develop direct access to senior decision-makers and project influencers to understand upcoming projects, investment priorities, and technical requirements.
Influence the inclusion of the company’s products and solutions in project designs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of strategic projects, stakeholders, and business opportunities.
Provide early-stage consultation on product applications, technical requirements, and value-engineering solutions.
Support the preparation of technical submissions, pre-qualification documents, and tender materials.
Work closely with Sales, Technical, and other internal teams to convert qualified project opportunities into secured business.
Organize technical seminars, workshops, presentations, and engagement activities for key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming public and private investment projects.
Map the decision-making structure and key influencers across long and complex project cycles.
Prepare regular project updates, stakeholder maps, market intelligence, and pre-sales activity reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 10 years or above is preferred.
Relevant background in construction materials, large contractors, property development, structural design, supervision consulting, construction tendering, or project management.
Strong and established relationships with senior decision-makers at major project owners, contractors, and developers.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders beyond procurement level.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or building projects.
Strong understanding of project-development processes, stakeholder structures, technical specifications, and tendering procedures.
Experience with public investment or major national infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Strong relationship-building, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent Vietnamese and strong spoken English; Chinese is an advantage.
Willing to travel and visit project sites when required.
