1 dayWe are hiring a Conference Producer responsible for developing commercially viable events for our client, a leader in financial conferences.
Responsibilities:
· Growing a portfolio of legacy events, whilst developing new scalable high-touch events and conferences.
· Driving audience acquisition strategies and engage audiences whilst delivering ROI for sponsors.
· Develop key industry relationships within the financial services industry
· Research suitable themes to enhance event coverage
· Produce comprehensive event agendas for various events including panel discussions, presentations, workshops, breakout sessions etc.
· Proactively attract high-profile guests and develop speaker databases
· Acquire senior industry experts as speakers and manage communications through the event lifecycle at C-level and manage sponsor relationships
· Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and strong onsite support for events
Key Requirements:
· Exceptional communication skills in English
· 3-6 years of conference / content production, research and speaker acquisition experience, preferably in the financial sector
· Exceptional organisation and process management capabilities, great multi-tasking and project management skills
· Excellent team player, skilled in collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
· Able & willing to travel
