As Project Manager, you will coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring that objectives, timelines, stakeholders and dependencies are managed effectively. You will work across multiple teams and contribute to the successful rollout of digital, web, content or customer experience initiatives.
The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders in a global environment. You will help establish project plans, monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also support the coordination of deliverables and ensure that teams remain aligned on priorities and expectations.
Specific digital production experience is not essential. However, the role is particularly suited to someone with experience in digital delivery, rollout programmes, web production or customer experience-related projects.
Proven experience in project management, coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and maintaining delivery momentum.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies and competing requirements.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different teams and markets.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
A structured, proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping projects on track.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative, production, technology and client-facing teams.
Specific digital production experience is not mandatory where the candidate has a strong, transferable project management background.
