Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers in servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Execute client instructions accurately and efficiently, including account opening, maintenance, remittances, investment orders, and post-trade documentation.
Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC/AML due diligence, documentation collection, and compliance checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Handle credit-related matters such as limit applications, renewals, and monitoring of client settlement obligations.
Coordinate client meetings, prepare marketing materials and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
Act as a primary point of contact for client administrative and transactional requests, delivering high-quality service to support client retention and relationship growth.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, compliance, credit, and investment teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and best practices in private banking operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or premier banking, preferably in a client servicing or relationship support role.
Sound knowledge of wealth management products, investment services, and private banking operations.
Holder of relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., HKMA/SFC Type 1/4/6 or equivalent) is preferred; CFP or CFA qualifications would be an advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
