Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities

·         Manage, configure, and monitor firewall systems to protect the organization’s network.

·         Conduct regular reviews and audits of firewall rules and configurations.

·         Implement and maintain VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access for users.

·         Oversee NAC solutions to enforce security policies and ensure compliance.

·         Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents.

·         Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify potential threats.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of security policies, procedures, and incidents.

·         Prepare reports on security status and incidents for management review.

·         Work with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the network.

·         Provide training and support to staff on security best practices.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar) preferred.

·         Proven experience in firewall administration and network security.

·         Familiarity with VPN technologies and NAC solutions.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication (English and Chinese) skills and interpersonal skills.
