As Senior Project Manager, you will support a branch modernization and migration program spanning 31 sites in Japan. You will apply PMP methodology to plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities across multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring that interdependent tasks remain aligned with the overall delivery schedule.
You will rapidly develop accurate Work Breakdown Structures, maintain schedule integrity, track resources, and report progress within the broader Program Management Team. A key part of the role will involve coordinating with local Japanese vendors and business users to plan and manage maintenance windows for branch migration activities.
The program is being delivered on a fast-tracked timeline, with most sites targeted for completion within the current calendar year and the remaining high-density locations expected to follow in the first quarter. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a hands-on project leader who can perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and drive execution through completion.
