As Senior Designer, Workplace, you will lead office interior design projects in Tokyo from initial concept through detailed design and construction supervision. You will translate workplace strategies and client objectives into compelling, functional spatial solutions while maintaining high standards of design quality.
Your responsibilities will include developing layouts, presentations, and design documentation; coordinating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders; and supporting design supervision during construction. You will collaborate with design teams across the Asia-Pacific region and globally on large-scale projects for domestic and international clients. In addition, you will build trusted client relationships, support business development activities, and mentor junior designers. This is an on-site role offering the opportunity to influence major workplace environments and contribute to an integrated, end-to-end design approach.
