Omnicom Production Company (formerly E-Graphics Communications K.K. (The Designory)) is a Tokyo-based production and localisation environment focused on delivering high-quality video, motion and TVC assets for market-specific use. The team works across digital video, 2D animation, DOOH and social channels, supporting campaigns from source file ingest through to final delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Producer / Program Manager, the Editor will play a hands-on role in localisation and post-production workflows for Japan-market campaigns. The position is centred on execution, quality control and technical readiness, ensuring that source materials are correctly ingested, organised, adapted and prepared for final delivery across TV, DOOH and social platforms.
Day to day, you will build and manage localisation timelines in After Effects and Premiere, prepare localised versions incorporating graphics, compositing, animation and mixed audio elements, and package assets for online sessions, external post-production studios or final hand-off. You will also maintain clear file structures, version control and documentation, support technical checks and QC, and collaborate closely with internal production teams to address creative and technical feedback. On occasion, you may attend or support post-production sessions as executional support.
Strong video editorial and compositing experience, especially with After Effects and Premiere
Experience supporting localisation workflows across multiple deliverables and markets
Excellent organisation, QC discipline, version control and file management
Comfortable working with evolving pipelines and technical requirements
Able to work independently while following clear production direction
Collaborative communicator with strong attention to detail and design sensibility
Japanese–English bilingual capability
