As an AI Researcher at Senior Consultant level, you will help client organisations solve business challenges using generative AI, large language models and agentic AI. You will take solutions from initial discovery through design, development and deployment, working with clients to understand their needs and recommend an appropriate technical approach.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing LLM-based agents and applications, building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tool-integrated solutions, and exploring multi-agent architectures. You will develop prompts and evaluation approaches to improve solution quality, and build and deploy cloud-based systems on AWS, Azure or GCP. You will also help drive project delivery and communicate technical concepts to client stakeholders. The position combines hands-on engineering with client engagement and offers the chance to contribute to business transformation through applied AI.
