We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive business growth through go-to-market strategy, digital demand generation, E-Commerce, and cross-functional commercial execution.
Lead commercial and marketing strategies for assigned business segments, ensuring alignment between global direction and local market execution.
Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning, budget management, pricing analysis, and performance optimization.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer targeting, channel development, and commercial activation initiatives.
Manage digital marketing and demand generation activities to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Oversee CRM processes, sales pipeline coordination, and lead conversion initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Monitor and optimize marketing investments and channel performance through data-driven analysis and ROI evaluation.
Manage external agency partnerships and marketing vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, and other stakeholders to support integrated business and commercial objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans to achieve business targets and market growth.
Experience working with digital agencies, E-Commerce platforms, or performance media channels in a commercially accountable capacity.
4–5 years of progressive experience in brand management or commercial marketing.
Demonstrated ownership of a brand, category, or product P&L.
Proven track record of connecting marketing investment to measurable commercial outcomes: revenue, leads, conversion, or market share.
