As a Senior Consultant within Professional Services, you will lead customer-facing enterprise software implementation projects in Japan, taking responsibility for delivery from initial planning through to successful completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Working in a hybrid capacity from Tokyo, you will establish project plans, manage schedules, resources, risks, budgets and documentation, and coordinate customers, internal specialists, offshore delivery teams, partners and third-party suppliers. You will act as a key customer contact, clarifying requirements, communicating progress and managing expectations throughout the engagement.
You will also analyse business processes, translate requirements into practical deliverables and explain technology clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong organisation, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to lead multiple stakeholders across complex projects. Some travel to customer sites may be required.
