Our client is a growing SaaS technology company serving the oil & gas industry with pipeline integrity management software, looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team.

This is a newly created position (3 openings) as the team continues to grow — Remote, Direct Hire, based in Canada (Quebec preferred).

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in the continuous development and improvement of a SaaS platform used internationally. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to design scalable, high-performing solutions, and you'll be encouraged to use AI tools to boost productivity and quality.

You will:

- Design, develop, and deploy new features.

- Participate in technical decisions and the evolution of the software architecture.

- Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of the applications.

- Collaborate with the team to design the best technical solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning and estimation.

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and the CI/CD environment.

- Use AI tools to increase productivity and foster innovation.

Must-Haves (non-negotiable):

- Professional-level French, spoken and written — required.

- Professional-level English, spoken and written.

- 1 to 5 years of software development experience — a formal degree is not required.

- At least 2 years of demonstrable, hands-on full-stack experience with Node.js and React.

- Experience with Git and solid development practices.

- Based in Canada.

Nice to have:

- Angular, PostgreSQL (SQL).

- TypeScript, Docker, AWS, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, Cursor.

Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 CAD, depending on seniority.
