As Club Lounge Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge and help ensure every guest receives smooth, attentive, and personalized service. This permanent role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality for VIP guests while supporting food and beverage preparation and presentation, keeping the lounge clean and organized, and ensuring service runs efficiently throughout the day.
You will also supervise the lounge team, assign daily duties, provide coaching and training, and step in as needed to support check-in and check-out activities, guest requests, and complaint resolution. In addition, you will monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback to help improve the lounge experience and atmosphere, always aligning with hotel standards and operational needs.
Experience in food and beverage service in restaurants, hotels, airlines, or membership lounges, or experience at a hotel front desk
Practical conversational English
Experience in a supervisory role at a membership lounge or hotel club lounge is a plus
OPERA system experience is a plus
