As Head of QA, you will provide leadership for quality assurance and help ensure that the organisation’s activities meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. You will guide the development and effective operation of quality systems, promote a consistent quality culture, and provide clear advice to colleagues on quality matters.
The role involves overseeing quality processes, identifying risks and supporting appropriate corrective and preventive action. You will also contribute to inspection and audit readiness, follow up on findings, and help drive continuous improvement. Working with stakeholders across relevant functions, you will balance robust compliance with practical, proportionate approaches that support reliable operations. Based in Tokyo, you will bring a considered, collaborative approach to quality leadership and help embed accountability throughout the organisation.
