Partner with leaders and employees across Japan and South Korea to deliver locally relevant HR solutions.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, talent processes, workplace policies, and organizational development.
Support the implementation of people strategies and priorities across both markets.
Ensure HR practices reflect local employment requirements and cultural contexts.
Identify people-related risks, opportunities, and priorities, and recommend practical solutions.
Support organizational change initiatives and help enable effective communication and adoption.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align local HR activities with broader organizational objectives.
Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through trusted advice, sound judgment, and pragmatic execution.
Experience supporting employees and leaders in South Korea, alongside experience in Japan.
Exposure to international, multi-market, or cross-cultural HR environments.
Experience with HR systems, people analytics, or digital HR tools
Familiarity with organizational development, talent development, or change management methodologies.
Experience advising senior stakeholders or leading HR-related projects across multiple locations.
Additional language capabilities relevant to the region
Professional HR certification or formal training in employment law, human resources, or organizational development
A demonstrated interest in continuous learning and evolving HR practices.
