Senior Manager – Statutory Reporting & FP&A
The Senior Manager owns the group's IFRS-compliant statutory financial statements and the consolidation across multiple entities, while running the FP&A cycle alongside it. It is a hands-on leadership seat reporting directly to the CFO, with a small team underneath.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements and statutory reporting for the group.
● Own the multi-entity consolidation, month-end and year-end close.
● Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.
● Deliver high-quality Board, Audit Committee and executive management reports.
● Manage the relationship with external auditors through the audit cycle.
● Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls and financial analysis.
● Lead and develop the team, working closely with senior management.
Candidate Profile
● Big Four audit background (PwC, EY, KPMG or Deloitte) – mandatory.
● Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CA or CMA – mandatory.
● 10 to 15 years of relevant experience – mandatory.
● Strong, hands-on IFRS expertise, including preparation and ownership of statutory financial statements and consolidation – mandatory.
● Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and FP&A.
● Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and executive presence.
● Experience in a listed company or large corporate environment preferred.
