We're recruiting a Development Manager to join our client's development department, a private developer based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will oversee project development from land acquisition through to completion, managing design coordination, feasibility studies, and regulatory approvals. Their role bridges the gap between design and delivery, ensuring design intent is preserved while maintaining commercial viability.

What we're looking for:

A development professional with a minimum of 10 years in real estate development, preferably with an architecture background. Hands-on experience in design coordination and development management across mixed-use, commercial or residential projects. Based in the GCC.

Key responsibilities:

Manage all development phases, coordinate with architects and consultants on design development, track project timelines and budgets, liaise with regulatory bodies, and lead cross-functional teams from concept through handover.
