As a Data Centre Engineer, you will help maintain and support the reliable operation of data centre infrastructure for clients in Tokyo. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, responding to incidents, carrying out planned maintenance and supporting the implementation of infrastructure changes.
The role will involve working closely with internal teams, clients and technology partners to troubleshoot issues, maintain service continuity and ensure that operational procedures are followed. You will contribute to documentation, incident reporting and continuous improvement, while helping to maintain a secure, stable and well-organised data centre environment.

Experience in data centre operations, infrastructure support, systems engineering or a related technical environment.
Knowledge of server, storage, networking and data centre infrastructure.
Ability to monitor systems, diagnose faults and respond effectively to incidents.
Experience carrying out planned maintenance, equipment installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operational procedures, technical documentation, change management and incident reporting.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working in critical environments.
