Our client is a global organization that helps companies protect their people, operations, and productivity in an increasingly complex world. Combining health, security risk management, wellbeing services, technology, and on-the-ground expertise, the organization provides practical support before, during, and after critical events.
With a strong focus on prevention, preparedness, and responsive assistance, the company works with clients across industries and geographies. Its culture is collaborative, purpose-driven, and internationally minded, bringing together professionals who value sound judgment, resilience, cultural awareness, and meaningful impact. This is an opportunity to join a mission-led environment where your expertise will help organizations navigate security challenges and protect their workforces worldwide.
As Senior Security Manager, Assistance Japan, you will lead the planning and delivery of security assistance services for clients operating in Japan, across Asia, and internationally. Based in Tokyo, you will provide trusted advice on security risks, support incident management and crisis escalations, and coordinate appropriate responses during complex or time-critical situations.
You will conduct client-specific risk assessments, analyze intelligence and threat information, and develop practical recommendations for risk mitigation, travel, emergency response, evacuations, and other security requirements. The role includes managing assistance operations, supporting deployments in challenging environments, and building effective networks of security providers and hotels.
You will also lead and develop teams, contribute to client presentations and advisory engagements, and collaborate with colleagues across a global, cross-cultural organization. The position requires flexibility for travel, urgent deployments, occasional evening or weekend work, and participation in a security on-call roster.
