As part of its continued growth in Vietnam, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.
Lead and oversee all production operations to ensure quality, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Manage daily factory operations and production resources to support business objectives and customer requirements.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term production plans, capacity plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor manufacturing performance and drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
Lead production teams and department managers to achieve operational KPIs and business targets.
Oversee equipment utilization, maintenance planning, and manufacturing readiness to ensure uninterrupted production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and operational excellence programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, and manufacturing standards.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing production organization with strong leadership succession.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Maintain Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all manufacturing activities.
Provide strategic and operational updates to senior leadership and recommend improvements to support business growth.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior production leadership position.
Proven experience within high-precision manufacturing, precision machining, CNC machining, or technology-driven manufacturing environments.
Strong track record in leading production teams, improving operational performance, and achieving manufacturing KPIs.
Experience managing production planning, factory operations, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with ISO systems, quality management standards, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, people management, and organizational capabilities.
Excellent planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to drive productivity, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
