As an AI Engineer, you will design, build and deploy scalable generative AI and predictive analytics solutions for a large insurance data ecosystem spanning customer, agent, transaction and policy information. Working with data engineers, platform teams and business stakeholders, you will help transform an Azure-based data lake into actionable insights and intelligent experiences.
You will develop predictive models and LLM-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and connect them with data pipelines and downstream applications. You will use Azure services to support real-time and batch inference, retrieval and orchestration. You will also help operationalise AI at enterprise scale by applying MLOps practices, monitoring models and integrating AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Tokyo, Japan.
As part of our hiring process, this role may use Keystone AI’s artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist with reviewing and screening applications. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in making hiring decisions.
