Our client is an international premium spirits business with operations spanning Mexico, Japan and 14 Asian markets. The company combines strong product heritage with an ambitious regional growth strategy, working closely with distributors and commercial partners across Asia.
Its culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative and ownership-oriented. Employees are encouraged to identify issues independently, make informed, data-driven decisions and implement practical solutions. The relatively lean structure offers the opportunity to work across functions, engage directly with colleagues and partners in multiple countries, and make a visible contribution to the business.
This is an attractive environment for someone who enjoys regional responsibility, international collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will join a growing organisation with the opportunity to develop into a Supply Chain Manager.
As Supply Chain Specialist, you will coordinate the regional supply chain from Mexico through Japan and Singapore to 14 Asian markets. You will manage the end-to-end flow of products, ensuring that imports, exports and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include preparing invoices, packing lists and trade documentation; coordinating freight forwarders, warehouses and logistics providers; and managing shipment schedules and delivery timelines. You will also forecast demand based on orders from Asian markets, maintain appropriate inventory levels, allocate stock between markets and analyse order and inventory trends.
You will support new product launches through SKU set-up, product master data, label creation and supply coordination. In addition, you will contribute to supply chain improvements, KPI reporting, digital transformation and cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT and the Mexico headquarters. You will work directly with sub-distributors to ensure orders are placed and fulfilled smoothly.
