As a Project Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of strategic business initiatives within a dynamic insurance environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, establish project plans and milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure that work progresses in line with business priorities.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and the ability to translate objectives into practical delivery plans. You will monitor risks, issues, timelines, and outcomes; prepare status updates for leadership; and help ensure projects deliver sustainable value for customers and the organization.
You will work closely with business and functional leaders to drive transformation, improve processes, and support the introduction of simpler, more flexible, and customer-focused ways of working.
Experience managing projects or programs, preferably within insurance, financial services, consulting, or another complex corporate environment.
Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills across multiple workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at different levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear updates and recommendations to leadership.
Experience identifying project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
A structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and adapt plans as business priorities evolve.
