The Partner Solutions Engineer will lead ecosystem partner engineering support and cross-border coordination for the co-development of smart-home and entertainment products. Based in Seoul, this role will manage technical relationships with key partners in Korea and Taiwan, serving as the primary escalation point between regional partners and internal product and engineering teams.
The position will identify and document ecosystem requirements, translate external business and engineering needs into actionable roadmaps, and drive integrations, milestones, quality standards, and business objectives. Responsibilities also include defining workflows for partner licensing operations, coordinating stakeholder reviews, supporting onsite engineering activities, and providing technical assistance at partner locations. The role will additionally use AI-driven tools to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
3+ years of experience in product engineering and technical partnerships within global enterprises.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Expertise in platform ecosystems, smart-home products, IoT services, and consumer electronics.
Native-level Korean and professional English proficiency.
Experience structuring international engineering workflows and launching products.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-border coordination skills.
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
