At Cornerstone Global Partners, we are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support high-volume accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role will be responsible for reviewing vendor-to-client reconciliations completed by accounting agents, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring transactions and account balances are accurate and properly recorded.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, and General Ledger activities, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

⚡What you'll do:
Review high-volume vendor-to-client reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and investigate discrepancies between vendor records, client records, and accounting records.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded, and account balances are accurate and supported.
Perform and review account reconciliations as needed.
Support bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
Support payroll-related accounting activities and reconciliations.
Assist with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and account reviews.
Ensure books are properly closed and balances are accurately tied to the General Ledger.
Review high-volume accounting work and identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Coordinate with accounting agents and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Help ensure accounting processes are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Support the team with accounting-related questions and provide guidance when discrepancies or issues arise.
💡You are:
Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
2+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related role within the US Market
Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Experience with payroll-related accounting activities.
Strong understanding of the General Ledger and account balances.
Experience working in a high-volume accounting environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on their resolution.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based teams and clients.
