As a Technical PM, you will play a central role in driving technology-led projects across co-creation engagements with major organisations and public bodies, as well as in-house product initiatives. You will bridge business and technical teams, helping turn ambiguous needs into clear concepts, functional and non-functional requirements, and delivery plans that can be executed effectively.
Your work will cover the full project lifecycle: shaping requirements through stakeholder dialogue, supporting system design decisions, and driving agile delivery through backlog management, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, quality assurance, release management and operational design. You will also provide design direction where needed, working closely with UI/UX specialists to ensure product experience quality. In addition, you will manage stakeholders across executive and working levels, coordinate with vendors and partners, and oversee project resources, budgets and other operational constraints to keep delivery on track.
3+ years’ experience in product or project management involving system development
Experience leading system planning, development and operations for products or business systems
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and proposal skills
Practical collaboration with engineering teams and a basic understanding of software development
