As a Platform Engineer, you will maintain and enhance existing systems while developing new capabilities that improve sales operations and provide practical support for insurance agents. Working with the Technical Lead and Solution Architect, you will help shape solutions and deliver features for customer-facing sales applications.
You will collaborate with an Agile team to build scalable, secure, and industry-standard business capabilities. The role spans full-stack development, including front-end applications, back-end APIs, databases, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and modern database technologies.
You will also contribute to AI and generative AI initiatives across the software development lifecycle, from proof of concept and pilot stages through production implementation. This includes AI agents, agentic workflows, personalization, predictive analytics, agent assistance, content automation, conversational AI, and Copilot solutions. The position is permanent and based in Tokyo, Japan.
