Our client is seeking an experienced Aftermarket & Parts Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development of spare parts, replacement parts, and aftermarket products in Vietnam.
The role will be responsible for developing aftermarket revenue, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers across industrial and technical sectors. The ideal candidate has strong experience in parts sales, understands technical products and aftermarket business models, and has a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Position: Aftermarket & Parts Sales Manager
Reporting to: Sales Director / Country Manager
Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts, replacement parts, wear parts, and aftermarket products.
Drive revenue growth and profitability of the aftermarket and parts business.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio across Vietnam.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, end users, OEM customers, and industrial clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from customer identification and quotation to negotiation, order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies in line with company policies and market conditions.
Achieve agreed sales, gross margin, and business development targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Understand customer equipment, operational requirements, maintenance cycles, and spare-parts consumption.
Proactively identify replacement, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities.
Develop aftermarket programs and solutions to increase customer retention and recurring revenue.
Handle customer inquiries, commercial negotiations, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Develop new channels and customer segments for aftermarket and parts products.
Conduct market research to identify competitors, pricing trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Develop relationships with maintenance managers, plant managers, procurement teams, engineering teams, service companies, and distributors.
Work closely with the service and technical teams to identify potential parts and service opportunities.
Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling parts, service contracts, maintenance solutions, and related products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer purchasing behavior.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the aftermarket business.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management.
Monitor receivables and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
Work closely with Sales, Service, Technical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Coordinate with overseas factories, suppliers, or regional offices when required.
Provide market and customer feedback to support product portfolio and aftermarket strategy development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in aftermarket, spare parts, replacement parts, or technical sales, preferably within industrial equipment, machinery, automotive, HVAC, pumps, compressors, construction equipment, manufacturing equipment, or other technical products.
Proven track record in B2B parts sales and business development.
Strong understanding of the aftermarket business model and spare-parts sales process.
Experience managing distributors, dealers, OEMs, industrial customers, or end users.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Good technical understanding and ability to communicate technical product specifications to customers.
Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
Good command of English; Vietnamese is required.
Willingness to travel within Vietnam when required.
Experience selling industrial spare parts, mechanical components, wear parts, consumables, or replacement parts.
Existing network among industrial customers, distributors, maintenance/service companies, or OEMs is highly advantageous.
Experience in developing an aftermarket business from an existing installed base.
Experience working with multinational companies or international manufacturers is a plus.
