Our client - a well established manufacturing company is looking for a TA Lead
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including recruitment planning, hiring performance tracking, and employer branding initiatives.
Develop workforce and headcount plans aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
Design and implement training & development programs, including onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and employee mobility initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and talent programs to drive continuous improvement.
Lead HR projects related to process improvement, digitalization, and regional/global HR initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Training & Development.
Experience in multinational and/or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Proven track record in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Strong project management, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
