As Senior UI Designer, you will shape the visual quality and usability of digital products and experiences from early concepts through final delivery. You will translate strategic and creative direction into intuitive, refined interfaces with strong typography, layout, color, motion, and visual detail.
Your responsibilities will include developing mood boards, prototypes, wireframes, and polished designs; contributing to scalable design systems; and collaborating closely with designers, strategists, technologists, and clients. You will present and explain design concepts clearly, helping teams align around effective solutions while balancing user needs with technical possibilities.
You will also support pitches and proposals, contribute cultural insight from Japan and global trends, and help raise the quality of the studio’s work.
