As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering projects from initiation through to completion. You will establish clear objectives, timelines and priorities, ensuring that project activity remains aligned with organisational goals.
Working closely with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders, you will manage communication, monitor progress, identify risks and resolve issues proactively. You will provide clear updates, maintain accurate project documentation and ensure that agreed standards, deadlines and deliverables are met.
The role requires an organised and confident professional who can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You will bring structure to complex work, support effective decision-making and help teams collaborate successfully. As a senior member of the project function, you will also contribute to continuous improvement in project methods, processes and delivery practices.
Proven experience managing projects from planning and initiation through to successful completion.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels.
Demonstrable ability to build productive relationships with clients, colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
Experience preparing project plans, status updates, documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
Commercial awareness and sound judgement when balancing scope, quality, resources and timelines.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
