This role is a mid-career corporate legal position with exposure to the core pillars of legal work: contract review, legal consultation, and litigation management support. Depending on your background and preferences, you may be assigned to domestic legal, overseas legal and projects, or product compliance.
You will review and draft contracts, respond to internal legal inquiries, and coordinate with external attorneys as needed. In product compliance, you will help interpret regulations related to vehicle safety, UN-ECE requirements, and other legal standards affecting product development and market activities. The position is designed to build broad legal capability, including experience in governance if assigned to the group parent company, and to develop long-term corporate legal expertise.
3+ years of corporate legal experience with steady tenure
Experience in at least two of: contracts, legal consultation, litigation management
Strong integrity, sound judgment, and resilience under pressure
Law degree from a target university [suggestion: or equivalent]
English contract reading ability; TOEIC 700+ preferred
Experience in manufacturing or automotive preferred
