You will be responsible for driving the company-wide use of generative AI and helping turn technology into tangible business contribution. This is a cross-functional role that combines business improvement, system development and organisational enablement. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will identify issues, define requirements, and lead initiatives from planning and PoC through to implementation and operation.
The role covers a broad range of activities, including designing and supporting AI-enabled systems, planning and delivering training for employees, evaluating and introducing generative AI-related SaaS tools, and establishing internal governance and operating rules. You will also contribute to external information sharing through conference speaking and technical blog writing. The ideal candidate enjoys building new approaches from scratch and delivering value in a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment.
Deep practical experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs and image or video generation
3+ years’ product-level backend development experience in Python or similar, plus cloud-based AI system experience on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Experience using agent frameworks such as LangChain from PoC through to operation
Strong ability to identify business issues, define requirements and lead improvement or implementation projects end to end
Proactive, collaborative communicator who can keep pace with new technologies and work comfortably in uncertainty
